How can I become a sponsor?
All of the sponsorship opportunities are detailed on the Sponsorship Brochure.
How can I pay for my corporate sponsorship online?
Once you have received confirmation of your sponsorship, our Treasurer will send you an electronic invoice. You can pay by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) through the electronic PayPal link provided on the electronic invoice.
My company requires an invoice to pay for our sponsorship, how do I receive one?
Our Treasurer will supply an electronic invoice that you can print, if necessary for your files, when you confirm your sponsorship.
What sponsorship options are available for the Golf Tournament in May? How do I sign up for one of those sponsorships?
Our Sponsorship opportunities for the Golf Tournament are identified in the 2025 Sponsor Brochure. Contact us if you are interested or have an idea not listed on the brochure.
How do we register our attendees for upcoming MD HIMSS events?
You will receive a PROMO CODE that you will use when you register your attendees for our events. Fees will be waived. They will appear as $0 in the line items.
